Why hello there!

Welcome to my little corner of the internet where I document, share, and reflect on some of my life experiences. My name is Kimberly Hoang, and I am a junior studying neuroscience on the pre-med track at Carnegie Mellon University. 

My two younger brothers and I were born and raised in rural Waynesboro, Ga. I lived here for much of my childhood until I moved to Duluth, Ga in 2016. For much of my childhood, I always had a camera in my hand. Whether it be capturing my outfit of the day or recording my youngest brother doing my cheerleading routine, I was always documenting life. 

I was 14 years old when I uploaded my first vlog. I recorded video clips of my family's trip to Destin on my iphone 7 and edited them using imovie. Since then, I have been documenting and uploading videos on everything thing, from fun trips to personal reflections. The "vlogs" portion of this website is a space where I can express my creativity and capture life long memories. 

As much as I enjoy capturing my life with my camera, I also do like to capture my thoughts and feelings in writing. The blog portion of this website will be stories of things I have encountered throughout my college journey or just fun topics such as food, fitness, and other exciting life events that aren't captured on video. 

I hope that through this website you get a glimpse into my life and maybe even learn something new!
